INGREDIENTS
| 12 pcs. KAIGO salmon ravioli |
| 1 onion (finely chopped) |
| 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 100 ml tomato juice |
| Salt, pepper, nutmeg (according to taste) |
| Olive oil |
| 100 ml heavy cream |
| 1 tablespoon of Tom Yum paste |
| ½ tablespoon of butter |
| Chopped fresh thyme |
PREPARATION (10–15 min)
- Add a tablespoon of salt to boiling water and toss in the ravioli, boil them for 5–6 min.
- While the ravioli is boiling, prepare the sauce. Pour some olive oil in the pan and lightly fry the finely chopped onion. When the onion has turned lightly golden, add the tomato juice, thyme and Tom Yum paste. Cook everything for 2–3 min. Add the heavy cream, butter and spices.
- The ravioli is ready when they have come to the surface of the water. Take the pot from the hob, drain the ravioli and add them to the sauce.
- Cook everything for 1–2 min, add the lemon juice and spices as needed. Serve hot.
CHEF'S TIP
- For a special occasion, you can add some tiger prawns fried in butter to the ravioli or a lightly cooked salmon fillet.
