Cold smoked Alaskan salmon served on potato salad (4 persons)

The ideal light snack for supper with friends or a family celebration. Make supper unforgettable with the excellent cold smoked Alaskan salmon.

200 g cold smoked Alaskan salmon
500 g potatoes
50 g onions
15 g capers
5 g chives
Extra Virgin olive oil
100 g sour cream
Korean pepper (according to taste)
salt, nutmeg (according to taste)
30 g mustard-honey dressing
PREPARATION (20–25 min)
  • Boil the potatoes with the peal until they are half done. Remove the potatoes from the water and leave to cool. Once cooled, peal and dice them. Finely chop the onion, capers and chives. Add them to the potatoes.
  • Mix everything with sour cream. Add the spices and mix again. Leave for 15–20 minutes for the flavour to develop.
  • Thinly slice the smoked salmon and place the slices on top of the potato salad, lightly drizzle with olive oil.
