KAIGO canned fish are great as a healthy and delicious addition to your daily meals or served as a festive delicacy. Manufactured with superior ingredients with technologies, which allow us to retain maximum nutritional quality of wild salmon. Our hot smoked salmon fillet is made from high-quality ingredients using a hot smoking technology where the fish is smoked at a temperature between 80 and 100°C. The fillet has a delicate texture, a juicy and natural taste, which is not overpowered by a synthetic flavour created by artificial preservatives or flavour enhancers. Due to the excellent quality of our products, KAIGO canned fish is also a favourite among HORECA customers. For the convenience of our customers, we’ve designed packaging with a transparent plastic lid, which displays the canned product beautifully. The packaging is equipped with an Easy Open lid, so that no can opener is needed.
